This programme is an individual online mentorship comprising 4 sessions over 4 weeks. In it we will explore the 8 Principles of Presence to develop your personal agency, empowerment and confidence.

Package 2: ‘The Personal and the Interpersonal’

This programme is an individual online mentorship and training comprising 6 sessions over 6 weeks. I will help you develop your personal effectiveness and your ability to collaborate, communicate and manage others. Building from the 8 Principles of Presence, we will together work towards unleashing authentic and confidence presence and enhancing your ability to excel in the workplace.

Package 3: ‘Personal Mentorship’

This online individual mentorship programme will last for 10 sessions spread over three months. We will start from exploring the 8 Principles of Presence and use them to look in detail at practical blockages and difficulties you are facing in your professional life. Together we will explore in detail how the 8 Principles can practically help you become unstuck, more present, charismatic and effective.
